Concept · wellness · saliva, urine, finger-prick

Normal for everyone. Unusual for you.

A once-a-year blood test compares you with millions of strangers. Cheap, frequent crystal tests can learn your own normal for stress hormones, cycle hormones and inflammation, and notice the week you start to drift.

Try it · your baseline

Your baseline, not the population's.

Most tests compare you with a population range. A value can be "normal" for everyone and still be unusual for you. Measured often and cheaply, the same crystal reporters can learn a personal baseline over a few weeks, then notice when you drift away from it.

System A · crystal immunoassayQuantitative tests read by a VCSEL reader from saliva, urine or a finger-prick: cortisol, hormones, hsCRP and more.
System B · breath and headspace spectroscopyOptical spectroscopy of breath and volatile compounds adds metabolic and environmental context. See Spectroscopy →
Women's healthHormone cyclesLH, estrogen and progesterone metabolites from urine or saliva map the cycle.
PreventionEarly drifthsCRP, salivary IgA and glucose against your own baseline.
NutritionMetabolic balanceKetones and ferritin, read alongside CRP so inflammation is not mistaken for iron.
FitnessOvertrainingCortisol, hsCRP and salivary IgA flag recovery that is falling behind.
StressThe daily cortisol curveA flattening morning-to-evening slope can signal chronic stress.
EnvironmentWhat you breatheBreath and indoor-air patterns paired with immune response.
AgingInflammagingSlow multi-year drift in inflammation, and how fast you bounce back.
ContextTwo markers, one answerHigh ferritin with high CRP points to inflammation, not iron overload. Fusing markers prevents false conclusions.

Concept for general wellness tracking, not diagnosis. Results would be framed as personal trends, with medical questions referred to a clinician.

Panel · women's health

Cycle, thyroid, iron and inflammation.

Strip A follows the hormones of the cycle and fertility, from urine or saliva on most days. Strip B, from a finger-prick now and then, covers the thyroid, iron and inflammation questions that often sit behind fatigue.

Urine or saliva; can be read daily across a cycle.

Panel · men's health

Hormones, prostate, metabolism and heart.

Strip A looks at the hormones that drive energy, mood and stress. Strip B covers prostate, metabolism, inflammation and the cholesterol particles that matter for the heart. Both from one finger-prick.

Where the samples come from

No needles most days.

Wellness testing only works if it is easy enough to do every week. Most of these markers can be read from saliva or urine; a finger-prick is kept for the few that need blood.

Saliva

Stress and immunity

Cortisol curve, salivary IgA and hormones, with a swab in the morning and evening.

Urine

Cycle and kidney

LH and hormone metabolites for the cycle, plus kidney and metabolic markers. A natural fit for the smart bathroom.

Finger-prick

Inflammation and iron

hsCRP and ferritin, read together so inflammation is never mistaken for an iron problem.

Partners wanted

Your numbers, against your own normal.

We are looking for consumer-health, women's-health and wellness partners to build personal-baseline testing on the crystal reader.

All diagnostics programs

One reporter. People, animals and the environment.
